Dubowsky wins Rao Prize!

Scott Dubowsky received a Rao Prize at this year's ISMS!
Scott Dubowsky was awarded one of three Rao Prizes for the most outstanding student presentation at the 70th International Symposium on Molecular Spectroscopy (2015) for his talk entitled "Characterization and Infrared Emission Spectroscopy of Ball Plasmoid Discharges". The publication relating to this presentation was published in the Journal of Molecular Spectroscopy in January and appears with a caption identifying it as a Rao Prize article.
