Brian Tom Receives a PhD

Brian Tom has completed his work here in the McCall group, earning a PhD. He is now working at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO as a chemistry professor.
Brian Tom recently finished his graduate work here in the McCall group, successfully defending his thesis, which is entitled "Nuclear Spin Dependence in Reactions of H3+ in the Laboratory and the Interstellar Medium" (a pdf version of the thesis can be found here). We're very happy for him and his accomplishment, but we're sad to see him go. Brian Tom has moved on to bigger and better things. He is now in Colorado, teaching chemistry at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. We wish him all the best.
